    Smallegan Real Estate produces a high volume of video content to drive brand growth, agent visibility, and lead generation—and we need someone to help keep that engine running smoothly. This role is responsible for turning raw footage into consistent, high-quality content while managing the workflow behind the scenes. You’ll focus primarily on editing high volumes of content while supporting an established workflow—helping keep projects moving efficiently, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring content is ready for final review and posting. This is a hands-on role where organization, speed, and follow-through matter just as much as editing skill. Responsibilities: Video Production & Editing • Edit a high volume of short-form and long-form video content for real estate agents • Ensure content is clean, engaging, and aligned with brand standards • Turn around edits quickly while maintaining quality and consistency Workflow & Project Management • Own and manage the full video workflow (Google Drive - editing - Trello tracking) • Organize incoming footage, instructions, and revisions to minimize delays • Proactively follow up with agents/admin to keep projects moving Coordination & Support • Reduce back-and-forth communication by creating clear, repeatable processes • Provide basic troubleshooting support for video recording and equipment • Help agents improve the quality of their raw footage over time Content Performance & Optimization • Track social media performance and key metrics across platforms • Identify trends, top-performing content, and areas for improvement • Make recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and consistency Publishing & Scheduling • Schedule and publish content using Rella • Ensure content is posted accurately, on time, and aligned with content plans Qualifications: • Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required) • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) • Experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of projects simultaneously • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Comfortable using project management tools (Trello or similar) • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly
