Video Marketing Strategist (B2B) Full-Time, Remote (Travel Required)

We're hiring a Video Marketing Strategist who can sit across the table from senior marketers and confidently answer:
“If video is supposed to move the needle… what should we actually be making, and why?”
This is a strategy seat with real ownership — you'll run a portfolio of clients (with your coordinator) and ensure video strategy turns into high-performing creative.
This is a high-growth role for someone early in their strategy career (typically 3–6 years experience) who wants to become a senior video & marketing strategist.
You'll own strategy + account health for around 5-8 B2B clients , including:
Leading client calls and presenting quarterly QBRs
Owning client relationships and health
Auditing video ecosystems (website, ads, YouTube, social, sales enablement, events)
Analyzing competitors and identifying gaps/opportunities
Building clear video roadmaps aligned to business goals + funnel
Turning strategy into creative direction the team can execute
Driving performance: distribution, repurposing, campaign usage, iteration
Reviewing deliverables and giving clear feedback to editors/production
Creating episode outlines, hooks, scripting/refinement, thumbnail direction
Occasional travel for shoots/sprints to coach/direct on set
