GG Homes is seeking a full-time, in-office Videographer to script, shoot, and edit engaging video content from our in-house recording studio. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our social media and marketing teams to produce videos that captivate, convert, and tell our brand story—all while hitting tight deadlines. As the largest cash buyer in San Diego, we are committed to providing sellers with a seamless and stress-free experience, guided by transparency, support, and care every step of the way. As our Videographer, you won’t just point and shoot—you’ll take the reins on post-production and own the process from idea to final cut. We’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple projects, edit quickly without sacrificing quality, and deliver finished content that’s ready to publish. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to create scripts and content calendars • Film and direct in-house video shoots using our professional recording studio setup • Lead post-production: edit raw footage into polished, platform-optimized videos • Ensure projects are completed on time, adhering to tight deadlines and brand guidelines • Publish final content in partnership with the social media team • Maintain and organize a growing archive of digital assets and footage • Stay current on content trends, social media video specs, and editing best practices Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in video production and editing, ideally in a fast-paced or agency-style setting • Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar editing software) • A portfolio of past work is required—please include links or samples with your application • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple ongoing projects • Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback • Comfortable working on-site daily and occasionally stepping in front of the camera if needed Compensation: $65,000
