    In this role, you will sell VieMed’s Medical Devices, educate physicians, clinicians, and patients on our medical devices that are clinically proven to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients. Our sales reps spend the majority of their time building relationships and marketing to Home Health Agencies, Would Centers, Podiatrist, Cardiologist, and Internal Medicine Providers. In this role, you will also be responsible for delivering, set up, educate, and follow-up with your patients on their progress.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Calls on Home Health Agencies, Would Centers, Podiatrist, Cardiologist, and Internal Medicine Providers to market VieMed's Compression Therapy Program potential and existing referral sources

    Works with office staff to ensure prompt and accurate billing and documentation of services, including providing adequate information to satisfy third-party payor guidelines for coverage.

    Exhibits effective written and verbal communication skills. Adheres to cost-containment policies and procedures.

    Works with clinical, managerial, and sales staff to promote and market home sleep testing services to all referral sources.

    Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

    Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

    Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

    Identifies sales prospects and contact these, and other contacts as assigned.

    Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts.

    Participates in marketing events, such as seminars and trade shows.

    Coordinates with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

    Other duties/projects as assigned.

    Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of medical/pharmaceutical sales experience.

    Demonstrated healthcare sales/marketing experience - lead generation, educating the referral source, persistent follow up and follow through on all leads as well as demonstrated experience working in a clinical setting. (Strongly Preferred)

    Minimum of two (2) years of marketing, business development, or healthcare sales experience. (Strongly Preferred)

    License and Education:

    Certified Lymphedema Therapist with business development/physician marketing experience or have a proven sales record in the local Home Medical Equipment market.

    Physical Demands:

    Sitting, standing, walking.

    Operation of office machinery and computer equipment.

    Occasionally lift/move items up to 100 pounds.

    Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

    Work Environment:

    Sales: This job operates in the field.

    Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a full-time position. The hours of work are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Entertaining in off-hours may be required.

    Requirements:

    Valid Driver’s License

    Clean seven-year driving history

    Pass a criminal background screening
