    SENIOR FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST

    Summary of Job Functions:

    Assist the Chief Financial Officer in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of external financial information for VieMed Healthcare. Primary responsibilities include the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements with the SEC, preparation of other nonpublic financial statements and working closely with the Investor Relations department on earnings releases and other reports. Also assist with preparation of management reports, external presentations and supplemental data as needed.

    Preparation of SEC quarterly and annual filings, as well as other public presentations (press releases) utilizing SEC filing software (Workiva).

    Review XBRL tagging associated with relevant SEC filings.

    Maintain quarterly\annual reporting time table and monitor progress against reporting cycle milestones; continuously assess external reporting processes for improvement of quality and efficiency.

    Coordinate and prepare other nonpublic external financial data necessitated by regulatory or compliance requirements.

    Create\update supporting schedules for the preparation of financial statements.

    Coordinate the collection and review of comments from key stakeholders in the disclosure process.

    Evaluate earnings trends to support the earnings press release and Management Discussion & Analysis in SEC filings.

    Coordinate with personnel from other departments to gather, consolidate and analyze financial information.

    Document and maintain all Sarbanes-Oxley controls for SEC reporting requirements.

    Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly reviews with both external and internal auditors.

    Execute special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA or progression towards CPA licensure with at least 2 parts passed.

    5 years in Public Accounting and/or SEC reporting.

    Ability to directly identify and tackle critical issues by effectively utilizing technical, analytical and problem-solving aptitudes.

    Organized self-starter with an ability to manage multiple activities in a timely manner with general supervisory guidance.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Proficient with financial accounting/reporting software, such as Workiva and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Strong knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity of IFRS is preferred.
