Program Manager l assists in managing large programs.  The candidate is required to use Sprint Nextels program management tools (PMO website, Websource) to manage project work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies.  The candidate produces status reports, conducts status meetings and facilitates issue resolution and risk management sessions.  Bachelors Degree or equivalent.  4 years related work experience.

Skill set should include telecommunications real estate and zoning/permitting experience and an understanding of construction standards as well as the following:

• Ability to pull, report, and analyze data and make recommendations. 

• Knowledge of milestone based tracking and reporting and interpreting data. 

• Experience processing payment requests and PORs. 

• Ability to manage vendors and have proven track record of driving pre-ntp milestones in launch environment. 

• Knowledge of environmental requirements for wireless modifications including NEPA/SHPO and FAA/FCC requirements.

• Project manage the information and interaction with other groups such as RF, Backhaul, and Construction
