    Looking for a driven and detail-oriented person with real estate experience and a proven ability to succeed to help manage the production of a high-volume real estate agent. Communication skills, a friendly attitude, and great people skills are key in this role. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. This individual may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability. An Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and growing his/her own skills, and developing into a supportive leader within the team. Responsibilities: • Build positive relationships and communication with clients, other agents/assistants, title/escrow, lenders, and vendors throughout each sale • Oversee all transactions from contract to close • Track and manage schedules, systems, checklists, and databases • Help with marketing and design • Be responsible for light finance management, including paying the bills, handling payroll, and assuring the accurate collection of commissions • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints and keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional organizational, detail, and project management abilities • Great ability to focus and work independently • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Suite) • Bachelor’s degree required • Real estate license preferred • 3-5 years of service and management experience • 3–5 years of administrative experience Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
