Responsibilities: • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
