    We are searching for an estate planning and probate attorney who is passionate about assisting persons in need of Estate Planning or Estate Administration. This position is on a temporary contract basis. We are searching for an attorney who can hit the ground running and provide great care and counsel to clients. This is a position for an experienced attorney who is capable, knowledgeable, and confident in handling a workload with autonomy while working with a great legal team. Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill and is negotiable. Compensation: $60 - $120, per hour, temporary contract Responsibilities: • Conduct client meetings to recommend estate planning strategies that align with a client’s goals and values. • Draft estate plans for clients from modest to taxable estates. • Counsel and advise clients handling trust administration and probates. • Work collaboratively with CPAs and financial advisors for trust administration and probate matters. • Keep track of the time and value you provide to clients so you can evaluate what worked and what didn't, as well as what you might do better in the future. Qualifications: • Must have at least three (3) years of attorney experience in estate planning, trust administration, & probate. • Must be familiar with and knowledgeable in planning for taxable estates. • Familiarity with WealthCounsel software is a plus. • Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients. • Candidates must have passed the bar exam and be in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association. Compensation: $60 - $120 per hour
