This job is in person on site at either our Boise location or our Priest River location

Firearm Fulfillment Compliance

• Perform daily audits for new firearm orders in our sales & fulfillment systems.
• Contact Customers and/or Federal Firearms Licensees (FFL’s) for data related to the sale.
• Update fulfillment systems with compliant documentation and relay information to our fulfilment team.
• Verify all firearms have processed through all steps properly daily to ensure compliance.
• For warranty returns, contact customer to verify return address and convey information to fulfillment team.

Sales

• Respond to dealer request to set up account and verify all necessary information.
• Maintain an ongoing relationship with dealers and be proactive in sending updated information concerning changes and/or new products.
• Keep up with product and service information and updates and be able to explain to customers.
• Stay informed about competing products and services.
• Upsell products and services.
• Responsible for inbound dealer calls & emails.

Skills

• Attention to Detail.
• Comfortable with calling customers/vendors and government agencies.
• Great communication skills both written and oral.
• Knowledge of firearms is a plus.
• Knowledge of NetSuite given special consideration.
