As a leading program administrator Vikco continues to bring new programs to market focused on the needs of our distribution and capital partners.
Vikco is seeking a full time Operations Specialist to join its team at one of the company offices in San Diego/ Pasadena or Danville, CA.

THE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST’S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Review applications and issue binders.
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Request and review inspections.
- Communicate loss control recommendations.
- Review historical loss information by accessing various computer systems and applications.
- Process policy transactions and endorsements.
- Order and screen inspection reports.
- Review inspections as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the underwriting team and outside producer partners as needed.
- Display good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
THE IDEAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST WILL HAVE:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least one year of office work experience required.
- Insurance experience related to rate, quote, and issuance of P&C Insurance is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
