    Our client is seeking an Oil & Gas Construction Project Manager for their office in North Dakota. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects ensuring projects are completed safely and on time. PM will work with management to meet with clients, prepare budgets, create timelines & scope of job design. He/She will also be responsible for the management of crews on location(s).

    This is a full-time, permanent position which offers a competitive salary, yearly bonus structure, company truck, fuel card, paid vacation time, IRA and full healthcare benefits through BCBS.

    The ideal individual should have at least 2 years of recent experience in a construction management (Oilfield) position (Preferred). Ideally, this individual will relocate to the Williston, ND (or surrounding areas). The company has housing available if needed.

    You'll be responsible for traveling to different project sites located in North Dakota, Midland and Oklahoma. You will work in ND 80% of the time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in project billing, project cost tracking, performing take offs and tracking projects from conception to completion.
    • Read and interpret specifications and project manuals.
    • Complete and project submittals and manage subcontract documents.
    • Review contracts for compliance with proposals.
    • Prepare and negotiate material quotes.
    • Conduct timely and complete turnover meetings.
    • Direct the pre-construction planning process, accurately scope out length and difficulty of tasks and projects.
    • Develop schedules and adjust for problems and roadblocks.
    • Collaborate with Superintendent to proactively resolve construction problems.
    • Discuss and implement objectives and goals with specific measures and timelines.
    • Communicate directly with vendors, subcontractors, and all internal departments.
    • Actively participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews and meetings.
    • Establish costs for labor equipment, materials, subcontractors and other direct job costs
    • Monitor costs and work closely with owner to discuss any variations.
    • Monitor labor reporting system to effectively control productivity.
    • Ensure timely billings and estimated revenue from completed projects.
    • The Project Manager may be asked to travel out of state as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree and/or 2+ years of recent, relevant construction experience in a PM, Superintendent, or Supervisor role. Now accepting recent grads!
    • Computer literate.
    • Must have good job tenure.
    • Must have at least 1 year of recent experience with bids, proposals, estimates, etc.
    • Must have ability to communicate well with all departments and clients.
    • Experience managing construction issues is preferred.
    • Knowledge of OSHA regulations is preferred.
    • Some travel is required. The company covers the cost of travel.
