    Our Client is seeking an experienced, outgoing Sales Manager in West Texas. The Sales Manager will identify, introduce, develop and nurture business relationships with companies and individuals within their designated territory.

    We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing individual with current contacts in place as well as experience with equipment rental, leasing, sales, service and repairs of hoses, pumps, generators, accessories, etc. Residence in WTX is required.

    Educational Background: BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.

    Conditions of Employment: Proven track record with 3 to 8 years of outside sales experience in West Texas. 

    Recent experience with a proven history of excellent job tenure is required.

    • The Sales Manager is expected to travel 75% of the time throughout West Texas and New Mexico. 
    • Must understand profit margins, KPI's, locating target markets and creating sales forecasts, as well as the ability to make financial decisions in the field.
    • Must be able to dedicate time outside of work to network and attend local events.
    • Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to various customer job sites/offices.
    • Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals.
    • Develop and obtain monthly and quarterly sales goals.
    • May be responsible for training and managing additional sales team (at a later date).
    • This individual must reside within 50 miles of Midland/Odessa, TX, and have a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
    • This individual must not have a non-compete in place with current employer.

    This opportunity provides a competitive base salary, generous commission structure, medical, dental, vision coverage through BCBS (Employee is covered 100% by company), as well as a company vehicle, paid travel, paid vacation time (10 days paid after 1 year of employment).
