Viking Staffing is actively hiring for Receptionist in Fresno, CA with work starting immediately! -Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 hour. Depending on Experience -Shifts: Monday Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm -Type: Temp, Full-Time, Part-Time -Starting Date: ASAP -Benefits: Free Medical

What We Are Looking For: -Strong written and oral communication -Self-confidence -Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management -Attention to detail -Computer Literacy - including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Detail oriented -Able to work independently and in a team environment -Basic Computer skills -Prior customer service experience necessary -Previous experience working a multi-line phone system required -High School Diploma / GED required -Some college courses preferred What You'll Be Doing: -Answer all phone calls, direct calls and/or screen calls -Greet all visitors/coworkers -Distribute all incoming faxes -Create labels for shipments -Copy and distribute job lists -Stock and reorder all office supplies -Type envelopes for mailing -Create job binders for all new jobs -File all documents in appropriate locations -Provide general clerical and administrative support to -coworkers, as needed -Provide assistance in preparing submittals and O&M's -Type and print panel schedules -Scan and print functions on multiple devices -Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment -Keep lunch room and work room clean, organized and stocked -Adhere to Front Desk opening and closing procedures and job duties -Performs other duties as required. -Must be able to work overtime as needed. -Lifting 30 - 50+ pounds At Viking Staffing, we truly believe that together we can do anything.
