    Who- Viking Tactical Security Group LLC and VIP Protection is looking for highly skilled protection agents with background in law enforcement, military and peace officers are preferred for a unique opportunity in Austin TX.

    What- High-Level Protection Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of students and schools by providing an elite level of service for selected schools.

    When- Monday through Friday 10 hours a day,

    Hours-8am to 6pm, with possibility of extended hours.

    Where- Selected schools in various areas but near your area of residence

    Rate of Pay- $30.00 an hour

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in law enforcement , military, peace officer is highly preferred.

    • Possession of a valid Texas Armed Security License, Personal Protection License, Peace Officer License or LEOSA.

    • Strong awareness of local laws and regulations regarding school security.

    • Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform under high-stress situations.

    • Exceptional observational skills coupled with the ability to quickly analyze and respond to potential threats.

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds.

    • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    • CPR, First Aid, EMT field medical certifications

    • AR/Rifle, Shotgun certification

    Duties:

    • Protect the students, faculty, and staff of selected schools by implementing robust security measures.

    • Maintain a highly visible presence to deter any suspicious behavior within the school premises and its surroundings.

    • Detect and effectively respond to any potential threats or criminal activities, both inside and outside the school property.

    • Conduct detailed security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop appropriate countermeasures.

    • Collaborate with school administrators, law enforcement agencies, and other security personnel to develop and implement comprehensive security protocols.

    • Secure access points, control entry and exit procedures, and monitor surveillance systems.

    • Develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness in the event of crises.

    • Provide training to school staff and students on security awareness and response procedures.
