Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of seller transactions from initial contact to execute purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes Follow-up with sellers to complete listing contracts and disclosures and send to office broker for file compliance Set up all showings for buyers, as well as public open houses and provide feedback to ensure higher customer retention rates Acquire vendor estimates and coordinate cleanings and repairs/upgrades on homes getting ready to be listed to sell Prepare all listing information including property photos, a pre-listing presentation, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person Has a passion for providing great customer service Must be licensed in real estate or pursuing a license High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred Experience in the following is preferred: real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages Compensation: $21 per hour
