Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and qualified Outreach Coordinator for our substance use and co-occuring disorder residential treatment center located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.

The Outreach Coordinator develops and grows professional relationships with substance use treatment providers, hospitals, medical professionals and other key decision makers of prospective referral resources with the intent of creating long lasting referral relationships that allow patients the opportunity to access treatment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, maintain and grow relationships with treatment providers, hospitals, therapists and other referral sources
• Establish and implement strategic marketing plans for new and existing referral sources
• Maintain consistent activity levels for the following: prospect meetings, facility tours, referrals and admissions
• Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new business contacts
• Develop and implement media relations programs
• Work with other departments to help promote social media and other marketing programs
• Assist in the selection of marketing and promotional materials

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in social/human services, communications, business, or marketing is preferred
• Recent experience in a metrics driven sales & business development environment
• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to travel throughout local market area
• Experience with CRM software
