Full Time - Sandwich Prep/Line Cook- Must be available weekends!

We are seeking a sandwich line cook to work the line and be able to assist on prep. Prefer someone with at least 1 year experience working in a commercial kitchen. Must be passionate about working with local produce, a passion for food and local organic ingredients as well as a team player.

Pay is $16p/hr +tips (tips add approx $6-$10 p/hr ).

Village Grocery and Refillery is a unique store that not only sells local groceries but we also have a full kitchen, a cafe, a bakery and indoor/outdoor dining. Our kitchen produces incredible made to order food as well as ready made salads and more. Our focus is on using as local ingredients as possible, with most of our vendors being direct with farms. We use all our ingredients, low wastage, compost scraps and operate as green as possible.

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to work with our passionate team of chef's and cooks. We love new ideas, your creativity, and a sense of passion for what you do!
