POSITION SUMMARY:

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is a full-service athletic club and spa for the entire family. We are looking for experienced, professional, friendly VillaKids Instructors to provide our members with world-class customer service through the design and execution of specialized classes and programs such as Physical Education, tutoring, and STEM. Individuals with flexible schedules and weekend availability are highly desired. VillaSport will define what activities and programs require special instruction skills.

To maintain the quality and cleanliness of your facility and work space.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must meet all state requirements for working in a licensed child care facility.

Three years of experience teaching assigned program or activity in a similar environment.

Formal teaching experience preferred.

Must pass basic skills test administered by VillaSport.

Must be interactive, upbeat, and creative.

Must be certified to teach specific class/curriculum as applicable.

Provide positive parent and instructor interaction and communication.

Must have proficient classroom/studio management skills.

Must be at least 18 years old.

College degree preferred, or must be perusing a 4 year degree

Ability to work independently.

Experience supervising children. Ability to visually observe children and to physically intervene when the safety of a child could be compromised.

Ability to physically move with children through a wide variety of indoor and outdoor program settings and activities.

First Aid/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Position requires both adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR certification.
