POSITION SUMMARY:

Our General Managers carry out our brand promise, service vision and core values. They bring to life a high performance culture that develops, empowers, and recognizes great employees, and delivers "five-star" excellent service, and an immaculately clean club to our members and guests. General Managers are responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the club, which includes supervising a team of department directors and covers all facets of club operations, which includes sales, fitness, aquatics, group exercise, food & beverage, day spa, facilities & housekeeping, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Three or more years management experience in the hospitality or fitness industry, preferably for a high volume and premium athletic club with over 3,000 memberships and over $6 million in revenues (experience in managing specific club departments or functions is a plus!).

Outstanding customer service and hospitality expertise.

Proven leadership abilities to develop, motivate, and inspire others.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Thorough understanding of financial statements and experience in developing annual budgets and strategic plans.

Possess high standards in maintaining a spotless and well-run facility.

College Degree

First Aid and CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
