    The Sr. Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent for Villatel. This individual will lead the recruitment efforts for the organization and will be responsible for sourcing (both internal and external), applicant screening, administering pre-employment assessments, and hiring candidates across various departments and levels within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for partnering with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of position needs and enhancing Villatel’s talent. Responsibilities: • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand personnel needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source candidates through various channels, including the company ATS, job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. • Review resumes and professional backgrounds to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Guide hiring managers through the selection process, providing insights and recommendations. • Extend job offers and negotiate base compensation (when applicable) to candidates. • Maintain accurate applicant/candidate records in the applicant tracking system. • Assist in general HR tasks and projects. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience as a Recruiter with at least three years in a senior role. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously. • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering results in a timely manner. • Familiarity with HR department responsibilities; including federal and state employment law. • Certification in recruiting or HR (i.e.: PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred. Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000
