Responsibilities: Always be networking to help acquire new business Conduct listing presentations with leads to increase client base Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure great customer service Give weekly reports to customers on the status of their listing so they know they are top of mind and provide good customer ratings and referrals Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings and a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Conduct market analysis and work with clients to stage, price and market homes to achieve a quick sale Conduct listing presentations with leads to increase client base Respond to all customer requests quickly and efficiently to ensure exceptional service Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing Are you highly skilled at selling? What you will be doing:  • Identify individuals interested in buying, selling or investing in property • Work with buyers and sellers • Negotiate offers Qualifications: Enjoys talking on the phone and can convert lead inquiries into appointments Completes tasks quickly and efficiently An independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies Embraces a team-focused environment Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Track record of success in sales showing grit and hardwork • Creates sense of comfort and familiarity with people and build rapport • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Calm under pressure • Displays servant leadership • Learning based attitude Compensation: $90,000 (commission based, yearly)
