    We are looking for a collaborative leader who is passionate about helping us drive the development of creative, engaging, and impactful content that our customers love. As the Content Manager, you’ll play a lead role in steering and expanding the core content of Vimocity’s movement health platform. You’ll produce content that changes lives while developing your career in a fast-growing company.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Content Team brings Vimocity’s key narratives, campaigns and education to life across the full expression of the business. We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to work in collaboration with our Content Team and external creative partners to execute Vimocity’s content roadmap.

    As the Content Manager you’ll be focused on coordinating the production and distribution of strategic content projects of various formats (video, email, print, graphic, etc). You’ll have a special focus on coordinating the development and organization of our video-based content that lives within our phone and web application.

    In this role, you’ll join our growing Content team to drive the full cycle of content production including conceptual development, scoping, pre-production planning, and distribution. You’ll leverage your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to drive efficiency and keep content projects on track.

     

    WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH

    The ideal candidate enjoys setting the pace and priorities for the Content team, as well as partnering closely with cross-functional teams:

    CONTENT TEAM:

    • Vimocity’s Content Director to collaborate on the execution of Vimocity’s content strategy

    • Vimocity’s injury-prevention subject matter experts for technical expertise fueling the solutions in our content

    • Creative Content Writer to plan, write, and produce content that educates and engages

    • Multimedia Designer to create clean visuals that convey the key objectives in a simple and actionable way

    • Manage outside creative vendors

    CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS:

    • Collaborate with Vimocty’s Technology Team to organize content distribution

    • Coordinate with Vimocity’s Customer Success Managers on upcoming launches and customer communications

    • Apprise Vimocity’s Sales Team of content well-positioned for sales enablement

     

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • EXECUTE THE CONTENT ROADMAP TO SUPPORT VIMOCITY’S OVERALL PRODUCT GOALS

    • Scope content projects to provide clarity for project contributors

    • Coordinate the full cycle of content production including conceptual development, pre-production planning and distribution

    • Manage and collaborate with external content vendors

    • Act as a check throughout the creation and distribution process to review, edit, and improve content to ensure it fits the Vimocity voice

    • Develop a deep understanding of Vimocity’s product, core values and audience to guide content and voice development

    • Coordinate priorities across different teams and proactively identify any dependencies or triggers that may put the deliverable at risk

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ Years experience as a Content Manager or leadership role in content creation

    • Bachelor’s level degree

    • Demonstrated success managing content for different channels and formats, including video

    • Experience demonstrating an ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

     

    NICE-TO-HAVES:

    • B2B SaaS experience

    • Familiarity with the agile and scrum process of moving work forward

    • Certification in Project Management
