    Summary: The Assistant/Evening Manager is responsible for working closely with the General Manager to bring a high level of leadership to the store on nights and weekends. This position requires night and weekend availability (for a student will require commitment on school breaks).

    Responsibilities:

    Daily:

    Communication with General Manager

    Inspiring team members to achieve their potential

    Setting the pace to create an unparalleled hospitality experience.

    Executing shift tasks to their highest standard

    Making accurate inventory count on prep sheet

    Weekly:

    Working 4-5 shifts

    Assist manager with banking

    Monthly:

    Assisting GM in planning and executing shift leader meetings

    Other tasks:

    Assist managers with identifying and training new shift leaders

    Implement new hospitality initiatives in stores as developed by leadership team

    Assist manager with other tasks

    Requirements: 30-40 hours/week

    Pay: Starting pay is $12/hour plus tips

    Expected Skills: Exemplary customer service skills, shift management, and timely communication skills.
