Apple / Samsung Customer Service Representative - Paid training

Our growing team is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We are searching for an enthusiastic individual who can offer unique and innovative solutions for our customers. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excellent communication skills a must.
• Be the liaison between clients and their customers.
• Answer all queries in a direct, honest and straightforward manner.
• Have the ability to travel.
• Give prices and pricing structures when asked.
• Meet with customers.
• Showcase clients’ products.
• Track and record sales.
• Work with a like-minded team towards a common goal.
• Explain/demonstrate the benefits of clients’ products.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Learn new tasks as needed for upward growth (team and individual!)
• Work with marketing team to build brand and customer base for clients.

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Are you a people person? Perfect! Then no experience necessary.

• Being bilingual is a plus.
• High School Diploma and some college is a plus.
• Some experience working with the general public.
• Must have a driving team ambition and be goal oriented.
• Must be highly organized and efficient.
• Have the ability to learn quickly to demonstrate clients’ products to the public.
• Must be extremely friendly and easy to talk to.
• Basic IT and marketing knowledge a definite advantage.
• Must be a skilled listener – customers will tell you what they want!
