VINCERE ASSOCIATES is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE. Our client is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE with great people skills who is ready to take customer service to the next level! Could this be you? Our client is in need of a customer support associate with a service minded attitude and exceptional communication skills. They need someone who isn't afraid of being in the public eye and communicating with the general public to support the customer support initiatives of some of our client's top performing accounts in the satellite TV industry. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE INCLUDE:

• Being the primary point of contact for customers and clients during account promotional activities (face to face communication with customers and clients will be included in this role)
• Taking care of existing customer base and providing personal care with new clients
• Tailoring customer service and sales to the individual's needs
• Answering questions about services, while providing support to account managers
• Trouble shooting and developing solutions for any customer issues and concerns
• Educating customers on the functions and benefits of products and services

Demonstrating key features and benefits for the consumer

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE:

• 0-5 years of experience in customer service, restaurant or hospitality type environments providing front line customer support
• College degree preferred - in the areas of business, marketing, advertising, sales promotion or communications.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to establish, build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to adapt to a variety of people
• Ability to travel and be present at promotional sites across the AUSTIN area for all account promotional activities taking place

This is a FULL-TIME, permanent role and our client offers a competitive hourly base plus performance bonuses.
