    • $70-90k annum base salary (depending on skills and experience)

    CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER – RESPONSIBILITIES

    As Creative Services Manager, you will be responsible for coming up a constant stream of ideas and concepts to market our services in both current and future markets for a wide range of channels in a whole range of media. We know that what works for us now won’t work in a year’s time, we need you to come up with new concepts and ideas that will work then. You will be innovating and creating.

    You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and be part of the heartbeat of the company here in St Petersburg.

    Platforms You will be working on:

    • TV Liner - Connected TV
    • Facebook
    • YouTube
    • Direct Mail
    • Programmatic
    • SMS – Internal & External
    • Email – Internal & External
    • Affiliates – Publishers

    CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

    On each of these platforms you will be responsible for:

    • Coming up with new ideas and concepts
    • Taking ideas, formulating them, and inserting them into the marketplace
    • Ideas for new ads to split test and optimize
    • Ideas on what to target different segments and audiences with
    • Concepts for ToFu, MoFu and BoFu
    • Remarketing concepts and ideas
    • Retargeting concepts and ideas
    • Reporting

    YOU:

    • The control is your enemy
    • Have produced a constant and steady stream of ideas throughout your career so far
    • Have experience in creative marketing and digital marketing, you may have worked as a Marketing Manager, Creative Marketer, Digital Marketing Manager, Creative Services Manager or Creative Director.
    • Are highly curious and driven
    • Keep up to date with the latest changes in the world of digital marketing
    • Take your craft very seriously
    • Love analyzing and drawing conclusions from data
    • Are a “creative” who produces results
    • Have often identified opportunities early through analyzing the data – and come up with creative ways to make the most of those opportunities
    • Are not scared of trying something different and have learned from your failures
    • Have experience in digital marketing and offline marketing
    • Use a range of KPIs to monitor performance
    • Are well organized and get your tasks finished on time
    • Are constantly split testing and optimizing campaigns; you love improving their performance
    • Have successful experience in using these platforms to generate leads: TV Liner - Connected TV, Facebook, YouTube, Direct Mail, Programmatic, SMS – Internal & External, Email - Internal & External, Affiliates – Publishers
    • Have segmented audiences in a way that has led to increased sales
    • Have come up with ideas to improve complex ToFu, MoFu and BoFu
    • Have successfully Remarketed and Retargeted
    • Have worked in a very high growth environment and love it
    • Have worked on advertising with a budget of at least $100k / month
    • Have worked in a range of different verticals and successfully applied your skills and systems to them
    • May not be an expert copywriter, but you know good copy when you see it, and what makes it good
