    The Position:

    • Provide HSE support to site personnel, including evaluating risk, responding, and addressing HSE concerns, and supporting leadership with continuous improvement
    • activities
    • Plans and implements procedures and programs in support of the HSE Management
      system and ensures conformance to internal company requirements as well as ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements, including but not limited to OSHA, BSEE, BOEM, USCG, EPA, and MassDEP
    • Monitors site performance through inspections/audits and partners with leadership on
      appropriate action and follow-up
    • Lead and participate in incident investigations, including determination of root cause and corrective action plan
    • Conduct risk and ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements
    • Helps maintain site HSE data and performance metrics, including maintaining online
      management systems and presentations to leadership
    • Executes training, awareness, and communication programs to provide employees with
      the information and skills needed for them to perform their roles and responsibilities.
      Provide support to leadership as they encourage an inclusive environment that promotes safe behaviors and overall positive culture.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate and interact with all levels within an organization
    • Technical competence in Health, Safety, and Environmental Regulations
      Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external

    Job Qualifications: 

    • College level education or equivalent certifications
    • 5+ years’ experience in HSE management
    • Experience with Intelex HSE management tool
    • ASP or CSP preferred
    • Offshore experience a plus

    The Location: This position is based in Boston, MA, and has work-from-home flexibility.
