The Position:

• General Office Management: Intranet/IT related Activities
  
• Accounting: Vendor Maintenance, PR/PO work, Invoicing
  
• Budget Management: - Onboarding, Payroll related tasks, Budget Management
• HR: Post new positions to job board, coordinate interviews, collect new hire forms, track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
• Provide Administrative Support to all Corporate Functions
  

Job Requirements: 

• MS Office Suite
• Good communicator
• Problem Solver
• Time management skills
• Research and analysis skills
• Good critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of SAP a plus
  
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.

The Location: This position is based in Boston, MA, but currently remote due to COVID.
