    The Position:

    • Research and create email distribution list for mariner updates (Marinas, Yacht
      Clubs, Regatta Sponsors, local agencies, etc.) Currently focused on Cable Install
    • Prepare Mariner Bulletins for Cable Laying Operations
    • Assist in the development of the Master's Handbook for incoming vessel captains
    • Prepare Master's Handbook PowerPoint presentation for project indoctrinations
    • Assist with outreach meetings with USCG, Harbormasters, and local law enforcement
      waterborne units. Attend Developer Marine Affairs meetings. Develop outreach
      package for ferries along Cable installation route

    Job Requirements: 

    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Attention to detail
    • Good communicator
    • Problem Solver
    • Good critical thinking skills
    • Student at one of the local maritime academies is preferred but not necessary
    • Familiarity with marine operations, marine communications, and marine navigation
    • Candidates must be able to work and reside in the US without sponsorship 

    The Location: This position is based in New Bedford, MA, and has work-from-home flexibility.
