    Vintage Hill Consulting is looking for experienced Project Managers to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) / Human Capital Management (HCM) Professional Services Team. Our Project Managers lead clients through the implementation and systems integration of the HCM solutions. Responsibilities: • Ability to work closely with customers to understand the problems they are trying to solve • Expertise in various tools to make connections and foster open communication • Talent for gaining trust, influencing decisions and teams, and working with internal and external contributors and stakeholders at any level • Passion for making strategic, measurable impacts on the success of customer projects • Manage consultants and clients through projects from the beginning of planning all the way through to project delivery to ensure specific engagements to implement HRIS solutions • Act as a liaison between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors/clients, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated • Expertise in utilizing appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines • Tact and diplomacy to drive accountability, hit targets, and work collaboratively to ensure project success • Excellent communication skills to ensure schedules, changes, and milestones are understood by all stakeholders • Perform Risk management to identify risks, analyze, develop responses to, and implement mitigation efforts Qualifications: • 3+ years of Project Management/Administration experience preferably with HRIS implementations and/or HR knowledge (ERP systems implementation also acceptable) • Ability to plan and facilitate project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals while meticulously tracking progress over multiple projects with competing deadlines • Proactively monitors task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and develop mitigation plans • Ensures resources are allocated appropriately and makes adjustments as necessary • Excellent personal time management skills; excellent judgment in determining priorities • Persistence: pushes self and others for results, seldom gives up even in the face of resistance or setbacks • Successful track record of improving client satisfaction and team collaboration • Effective performance in a work environment that requires hard work, has periods of high stress, tight deadlines, occasional ambiguity, and where change is embraced as a method of continuous improvement • Strong communication skills - written and verbal • Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a passion for successful and positive outcomes
