    Vintage Construction is currently seeking an experienced Jobsite Superintendent to join our team!

    As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for assisting in the overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities at job sites. Your role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with the construction team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure smooth operations.

    Responsibilities: bcontractor

    1. Supervise Construction Activities: Supervise construction crews, including subcontractors, to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations, weekly SWPPP paper work and inspections.

    2. Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to develop construction schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate material deliveries to ensure timely project completion.

    3. Quality Assurance: Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.

    4. Communication and Reporting: Maintain effective communication channels with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates, address concerns, and resolve any construction-related issues.

    5. Resource Management: Manage construction materials, equipment, and tools to optimize their utilization. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment as required.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.

    • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

    • Proficiency in using construction related tools, equipment.

    • Time management and organizational skills to help meet project deadlines.

    • Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding and outdoor environments.

    All candidates should have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record & automobile insurance.
