Vintage Construction Group is seeking a full-time hourly non-exempt Site Maintenance Specialist to provide support for construction and development in Shreveport, LA. This position reports to the Property Manager and Construction Manager for these projects. This position is responsible for jobsite clean-up and maintaining the appearance of the grounds and facilities in the developments. The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, willing to train and learn new skills, be a dependable and motivated self-starter, provide excellent customer service and have a friendly and professional demeanor. Other duties include but are not limited to the following:

Handle stormwater control inspections, controls, and paperwork

Use basic hand tools and power tools.

Select tools, equipment, and materials from storage and transport items to various work sites.

Clean work areas to maintain a clean and safe job site.

Use of company provided smart phone to receive and complete work orders.

Use of personal vehicle to secure/deliver items for property (gas, parts, office items).

Takes initiative to perform needed tasks (i.e., replaces blown lights without being told).

Other duties as assigned.
