    Job Description

    Looking for reliable, honest, and skilled accounting professional with a positive energy to work in a family oriented, friendly environment.  Non smoking environment. This is a customer walk-in sales based business and excellent customer service skills are required! Must be available to work full time, able to multi-task and be organized. Hours are M-F 7:30-4:00. Paid Vacation, Holiday Pay, Profit Sharing, Hourly Salary Based on Qualifications. Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office-Excel, Word & Outlook. Accounting Software Experience: Sage a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: • Weekly in-house payroll/payroll taxes/quarterly taxes & reports • Accounts receivable • Accounts payable • Work closely with Controller • Customer service via phone/walk-in customers/Quoting • Preliminary notices • Employee liaison; new hire paperwork, payroll questions, W/C, 401k etc. • Workers comp processing • General office tasks; filing of payables, payroll, policies, customer paperwork misc. • Order office supplies/yard supplies Paid Vacation, Holiday Pay, Profit Sharing, Hourly Salary Based on Qualification
