Job Description
FINANCIAL
· Performs entry for accounts payables, receivables and deposit functions.
· Assists with maintaining accounts to avoid delinquency.
FACILITIES & OPERATIONS
- Assists in maintaining contacts.
- Manage supplies and office inventory.
- Assists in tracking volunteer engagement and guest attendance.
COMMUNICATION, PUBLIC RELATIONS, MARKETING AND EVENTS
Maintains correspondence and communication with donors, program participants and customers.
Provides event support as needed.
Any and all duties as assigned by the Officers and/or the Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems and Accounting Systems, INCLUDING QUICKBOOKS ONLINE. EXPERIENCE AND PROFICIENT IN QUICKBOOKS ONLINE IS A NECESSITY!
- Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable processes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Organized, works well independently, as well as with a team, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work nontraditional hours.
- Able to lift 25lbs.
