About the Role:

Millz House is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to install our vinyl sports flooring, basketball hoops, wall pads, vinyl cove base and other sports components. This is a hands-on opportunity to do quality work you can be proud of, with a company that values craftsmanship and hard work. Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install seam welded sports flooring.

Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and repairing surfaces prior to installation

Read and interpret floor plans and layout diagrams to ensure accurate installation

Operate hand and power tools including seam welders, cutters, rollers, and adhesive applicators

Perform flooring removal and disposal of old materials as needed

Install basketball hoops, wall pads, cove base and other sports components

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project

Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines

Requirements:

Prior experience in vinyl flooring installation or general flooring labor preferred

Familiarity with sheet vinyl installation techniques

Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and flooring equipment safely

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor including lifting, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods

Reliable transportation to report to Apple Valley for work.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well on a team

Clean driving record to drive company work trucks to and from job sites

Reliable and punctual - on time for work every day

Hours are 7am - 3pm plus overtime
