QC Signs & Graphics is seeking a full-time installer to join our team. We seek a professional, self-motivated team player who will help us deliver excellence to our customers. Individual should be detail oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment and able to change priorities as the situation requires. We seek someone who is self-confident, doesn’t mind getting a little dirty and has a willingness to learn.

Minimum job duties

Vinyl or wrap experience, 3M or AD certified is a huge PLUS

Work with a lead installer on larger projects and independently or smaller installation projects

Experience with basic electrical and ability to install Channel Letters and Pan Signs

Work both on-site at customers locations as well at out production facility assisting with sign-making

Assist in maintaining company signage equipment, including backet van and truck, and maintaining warehouse organization

Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs

Complete Site Surveys at customer’s locations, taking accurate measurements, photos and required details for sign permitting and installations

Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better installer and sign maker

Operate bucket truck (no CDL required) and/or operate scissor lift as projects require

Minimum qualifications

Experience laying vinyl graphics

Experience installing signs or other related products

Construction and Power Tool Experience

Ability to read and understand floorplans and/or technical diagrams

Prior sign experience

Able to speak and read English proficiently

Physical Demands

Must be able to climb a ladder while lifting signs

Must be willing to learn how to operate and be in a bucket van (30’ reach) to survey properties and install signs

Must be in good physical condition and can lift over 75 lbs.
