  • Responsibilities

    The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for facilitating Fleet order entry and scheduling, both inside and outside Vinyl Images’ physical location. They deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and consistent adherence to processes and procedures. Accomplishes results by utilizing Trello, Outlook, and QuickBooks to create and track orders, and effectively communicate with customers and VI Team members. Their goal is to ensure customers and installers both receive a superior experience by providing personalized support handling any issues and effectively communicating during the entire process of order placement to install completion to billing. Responsibilities: General Skills & Core Competencies • Time management and organizational skills. • Successful conflict resolution and problem-solving. • Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in the execution of tasks. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening. • Consistently increases fleet vehicle knowledge base to improve customer support knowledge base. • Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. • Creatively solves problems and overcomes obstacles by thinking critically. Process & Procedure: • Knowledge and execution of company policies. • Thoroughly performs internal processes for increased productivity. • Functional knowledge of used software: Trello, QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel, Google Drive/Docs Customer Satisfaction: • Ensures that the business delivers superior, consistent products through quality control standards. • Checks all completed units to ensure customer marketing is cohesive. • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service. • Developing new solutions to meet client needs. Qualifications: • Excellent time management and organization skills, especially the ability to prioritize and multitask. • Effective and professional communication abilities, including being able to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, and clients or guests. • Excellent ability to critically think through daily tasks and obstacles • Great customer service and interpersonal skills. • Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting skills. • Familiarity with multiple types of vehicles, tools, vinyl materials, and industry-related items, in order to effectively answer customer questions is recommended but not required. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
