  • Responsibilities

    Reporting To: Supervisor/Production Department Manager. Job Responsibilities: Learn and apply practical skills in the Vinyl Industry. Perform tasks such as weeding, masking, cutting, bundling, packaging, mounting, and shipping of vinyl graphics, flags, placards, and other products. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Collaborate effectively with team members. Accept and implement constructive feedback. Responsibilities: • Ability to learn and understand new information, techniques, and machinery to perform production tasks outlined above. • Ability to learn and understand new information, techniques, and machinery to perform maintenance and utilization of Production Department-specific machines including but not limited to printers, laminators, and plotters. • Performs shipping and receiving duties. • Diligently keeps counts on backstock of materials, substrates, and other needed materials. • Ability to assist within other departments. • Constantly being aware of safety procedures. • Completion of all tasks, and other required evaluations timely and efficiently. • Willingness to travel to on-site locations for installs, removals, or other activities. • Attendance and involvement within official company meetings. • Eagerness to build relationships and rapport with colleagues and clients alike. • Ability to be multi-faceted and coordinate multiple responsibilities when required. • Prioritizes quality while also being as efficient as possible. • Build good relationships with colleagues, and ultimately make a lasting impression. Qualifications: • Must be able to learn and navigate computer software. • Must be able to manage workflow and communicate well with team members. • Must be quality conscious and work quickly under time constraints. • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Omega are preferred, but not required. • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. • Gaining knowledge and understanding of new information, methods, and tools to complete production operations as described above. • Becoming acquainted with and mastering the usage of Production Department-specific machines such as printers, laminators, and plotters. • Handling shipping and receiving operations. • Maintaining accurate counts on store levels of materials, substrates, and other materials required. • Providing assistance across other departments as needed. • Being conscious of safety measures at all times. • Carrying out all assignments and other required responsibilities on time and productively. • Being available for on-site work such as installations, removals, or any other related activities. • Constantly participating in firm meetings.} • Working to build positive connections with co-workers and customers alike. • Showcasing the capability to juggle a variety of tasks at once as needed. • Prioritizing quality while remaining as effective as possible. • Building positive relationships with workmates, leaving a lasting image. • Gaining an understanding and competency of computer programs. • Managing workflow and communicating adequately with colleagues. • Observing quality and completing tasks efficiently within a given time frame. Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
