Royal Wrapz is hiring a Vinyl Production Technician to run the equipment that fuels our wrap shop. This role is key to delivering high-quality prints and decals for fleet wraps, transit graphics, and wholesale projects. You’ll be responsible for operating wide-format printers, ONYX RIP software, laminators, Graphtec plotters, and handling production duties like weeding and taping graphics. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-driven, and takes pride in clean output. Responsibilities: • Run ONYX Thrive to RIP and queue jobs • Operate Epson printers, GFP laminator, and Graphtec FC-9000 plotter • Trim, weed, and tape vinyl graphics for installation • Maintain color accuracy, file naming, and production logs • Monitor material inventory and report low stock • Assist with final QC before jobs move to install Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience with large-format printing preferred • Familiarity with ONYX, Illustrator, and print production workflows • Strong attention to detail and consistency • Ability to stay organized and meet daily deadlines • Problem solver who takes initiative and cares about quality Compensation: $20 - $28 hourly
