We are seeking a skilled installer with hands-on experience in digitally printed vinyl wraps and large-format signage installations. If you take pride in clean seams, proper panel alignment, post-heating, and delivering a flawless finish — we want you on our team. We specialize in high-quality digital print applications, including full and partial vehicle wraps, wall murals, dimensional signage, window graphics, and commercial branding installations. Responsibilities: • Install digitally printed full and partial vehicle wraps • Properly align multi-panel graphics and manage complex curves and contours • Perform surface prep, cleaning, clay bar treatment, and panel layout • Use heat guns and torches correctly for stretching and post-heating • Trim and finish edges cleanly around handles, mirrors, and body seams • Remove and reinstall vehicle components when necessary (mirrors, badges, etc) • Large-Format Interior Signage • Install printed wall murals, window perf, frosted vinyl, and cut vinyl graphics • Install ADA signage, lobby signs, standoff letters, dimensional lettering, and wayfinding systems • Mount interior and exterior signage using proper anchoring methods • Measure, level, and ensure accurate placement for professional results • Production Equipment • Handle laminated digital prints with care • Trim graphics accurately using knives and straightedges • Operate lifts and basic installation equipment safely • Maintain a clean, organized install environment Qualifications: • 1+ year experience installing digitally printed wraps and large-format graphics • Strong understanding of vinyl types (cast vs. calendared) and laminate applications • Experience with commercial wrap films (3M, Avery Dennison, etc) • Ability to read installation diagrams and production layouts • Comfortable working on ladders and operating lifts • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship • Reliable transportation and professional attitude Compensation: $50,000+ yearly
