About the Role:

Join West Chester Academy as a Violin Teacher, where your passion for music will inspire students of all ages. We are looking for a dedicated educator to nurture talent and foster a love for playing the violin in a supportive and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized violin instruction to students of various skill levels.

Develop lesson plans that align with students' goals and interests.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback regularly.

Prepare students for participation in recitals and performances.

Maintain a positive and engaging lesson atmosphere.

Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and violin techniques.

Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and expectations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Music Education or equivalent experience preferred.

Strong proficiency in playing the violin and knowledge of music theory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.

Passion for teaching and fostering a love for music in students.

Patience and enthusiasm to work with diverse learners.

Background check clearance required.
