Located just minutes away from the wonderful city of Nashville, Vireo Systems / pH-D Feminine Health is seeking a talented Graphic Designer who shares our vision and wants to help us fulfill our mission!

POSITION SUMMARY:

The onsite Graphic Designer is responsible for the creative development of Vireo Systems and pH-D brands. This will include leading the creation of all assets (images, packaging, merchandising, trade shows, etc.) and setting the tone and imagery that is consistent for each brand. The employee will work with members of all departments to ensure continuity in the company’s marketing message. This role adheres to and promotes Vireo Systems and pH-D’s company values by performing respective duties in a manner that supports and contributes to the achievement of company goals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Onsite role
• Manages the lifespan of a project from concept to design, approval, print and production.
• Completes a wide range of projects including packaging design, renderings / physical mocks, marketing materials, promotional items, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and web graphics.
• Provides valuable input, ideas, and concepts for the overall design direction for various projects.
• Develop tools, templates, processes, and style guides to ensure brand consistency while championing design within our organization.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all creative materials, both internal and client-facing.
• Manage relationships with local and national printers for final print execution.
• Manage asset libraries, photography, graphics, and illustrations.
• Meet with Brand Managers to establish a vision for a product or design and to collaborate on design.
• Design visual concepts using graphic design tools and software.
• Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of Graphic Design experience, consumer packaged good experience a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of design techniques and print production.
• Proficient w/ software relevant and current to graphic design and office collaboration - Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office including Outlook and MAC/PC Platform.
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop CC.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Experienced with visual brand standards, design systems, and integrated communications strategies.
• Experienced with concepting, storytelling, and design execution.
• Knowledge of UI/UX.
