CENCO Claims continues to expand its daily field coverage along the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads region and is seeking a reliable Daily Property Adjuster to inspect and manage residential property claims. As spring weather along the Mid-Atlantic coast brings increased coastal storms, strong winds, heavy rain, and early-season thunderstorms , we are looking to add dependable adjusters to assist with residential claim inspections throughout the area.

This field-based opportunity provides consistent local assignments, flexible scheduling, and reliable support from an experienced internal claims team , making it ideal for adjusters who prefer steady work and independence in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses

• Evaluate damage related to coastal storms, wind, hail, water intrusion, and other covered events

• Capture detailed photos, measurements, and comprehensive field documentation

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carrier partners

• Manage claim files from inspection through final submission

What We're Looking For

• Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software preferred

• Understanding of residential construction and storm-related property damage

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Active Virginia adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license
