    We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline • Conduct lead follow-up & nature leads until appointments are set • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Compensation: $65,000 - $110,000 at plan yearly
