We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our growing financial advisory team. This role is critical to keeping daily operations organized, clients supported, and communication flowing smoothly. Job Summary
In this role, you will support both internal operations and client facing tasks, including:
• Managing the CRM, including inbox cleanup and opportunity tracking • Scheduling client meetings and coordinating calendars • Assisting with client onboarding and follow up tasks • Answering basic client inquiries professionally by phone and email • Fielding incoming client requests and routing them appropriately • Preparing reports, KPIs, and cash deposit summaries
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must meet the following:
• Located in Arizona • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant • Prior experience supporting a professional services business, preferably in financial services • Hands on experience with a CRM system and calendar scheduling tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional email etiquette • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through • Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
