We are looking for a Virtual Assistant experienced with GoHighLevel to help manage leads, , CRM pipelines, SMS/email campaigns, appointment reminders, and basic reporting.

Must have experience with:

GoHighLevel CRM

Lead follow-up by text, email, and phone

Building or managing automations

Pipeline updates and tagging

Daily lead reports

Friendly, professional communication

Experience with medical, aesthetic, or plastic surgery offices is a plus.
