We are seeking a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant to support our commercial real estate sales team with lead generation and outbound prospecting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective commercial real estate clients and property owners
Prospect and identify qualified sales leads
Follow call scripts while maintaining natural, professional conversations
Update and manage lead information within CRM systems
Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and pipeline activity
Research potential prospects and companies as needed
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Previous experience with outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales prospecting
Experience working with CRM platforms Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable speaking with business professionals over the phone
Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly outreach targets
Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required
