Supply Chain Manager Job Description
Title: Supply Chain Manager
Reports To: CEO & COO
Manager To: Catalog Assistant
Job Overview: They will be responsible for recurring inventory maintenance tasks. They will conduct operations related to FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) shipments, catalog databases, and Amazon Advertising PPC campaigns.
Responsibilities and Duties:
FBA shipment duties
Plan weekly FBA shipments for the Catalog Assistant to create
Review FBA shipments and send them to clients
Responsible for ensuring all products are replenished to cover all sales
Review inventory tracker to monitor inbound FBA shipments
Create sales projection reports
Catalog duties
Maintain and update database of product information
Create and update product listings
Amazon Advertising duties
Review PPC Performance report weekly
Adjust PPC campaigns as needed weekly
Qualifications:
2 years of proven supply chain or logistics experience is required
Knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office is required
Excellent written and oral English is required
1 year of home home-based work experience is preferred
1 year of Amazon seller support experience is preferred
Proficiency utilizing Google spreadsheets is preferred
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong time management skills
A team player who is positive and collaborative
Schedule:
Full-time; 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
US Central Time Hours
Payment:
Depends on experience
$700 USD/Month
