You handle constructive criticism of your work well and happily incorporate that into your final drafts.
Job Brief
We are looking for a Creative Art director who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”. You will cooperate with our team and the client to graphically design and deliver an overall concept that matches their pre-established branding on the Amazon platform. The goal is to translate product features and benefits into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences to purchase.
You should be able to communicate with both our content team and our graphic designer with a goal of understanding and translating a purposeful message across to targeted audiences.
Responsibilities and Duties
Generating clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter and Implementation Director.
Producing sketches, storyboards, art layouts based on creative visions and ideas
Take the design "brief" to record requirements and clients needs
Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
Proficiently use a variety of graphic design and video editing softwares (INDD, PSD, AI, Premier, etc.)
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas to be tactfully critiqued
Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
Be able to work with minimal direction and supervision
Cooperate with the rest of the creative team
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Create or recreate the following:
Amazon Product listings
Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) / A+ listing
Storefront
Product Feature Videos
Brand Templates
Marketing Materials
Requirements and Experience
3+ years of art direction
7+ years of graphic designing experience
Proven experience managing a team of designers
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Experience creating Amazon product listings, EBC Content, and Storefronts is highly preferred
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas both internally and externally to clients
Up-to-date with industry-leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Suite Collection, etc.)
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
A team player who contributes to the positive, high energy company culture
Schedule
Full-time minimum 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
Flexible but slight overlap with US Hours Central Time
Payment
$1000 - $1500/mo ( Depends on experience and skill set)
Payment will be submitted every two weeks via Transferwise
